A: Clerkly is a boutique async executive support agency designed for overwhelmed founders. We handle inboxes, calendars, and admin tasks — no micromanaging required.

2. Services & Subscriptions
Q: What’s included in a subscription?
A: Each subscription includes a combination of inbox triage, digest emails, calendar support, task credits, and Slack access, depending on the plan. See our Services page for details.
Q: How often do I receive updates or completed work?
A: We operate on a three-day delivery rhythm: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. That means you’ll typically hear from us with updates or completed tasks on one of those days — no need to check in or follow up in between.
Most standard tasks are completed within 2–5 business days from when we receive everything we need to begin. If something requires more time (or we need clarification), we’ll always let you know.
Q: Can I switch plans later?
A: Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes will apply in your next billing cycle.
Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: You’ll get a quick onboarding form and a secure link to share logins (if needed). Most clients are fully set up within one to two business days.
3. One-Time Services
Q: What’s an Inbox Refresh?
A: It’s a one-time service to clean and organize your inbox. We sort up to 5,000 emails, archive the clutter, and label the rest so you can breathe again.
Q: Can I book a strategy session without a subscription?
A: Yes. You can book a 30–60 minute live session to plan, delegate, or get unstuck. No ongoing coaching or follow-up is included.
4. Billing & Policies
Q: When will I be charged?
A: Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled. One-time services are charged at checkout.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We do not offer refunds once services begin. You may cancel subscriptions before your next billing cycle.
Q: Is tax included in the price?
A: Yes, pricing is all-inclusive for simplicity.
5. Tools & Access
Q: How do you get access to my inbox or tools?
A: After purchase, we’ll send a secure link through 1Password for you to share logins. We don’t store credentials outside encrypted platforms.
Q: Do I need to be on Slack or Zoom?
A: Only if it’s part of your plan. We work async by default — no calls unless you book one.

Q: What if I need something custom?

Q: How fast do you respond?
A: Within business hours, most requests are acknowledged or completed within 1–2 days. We don’t offer live chat or emergency response.
Q: Can you handle sensitive information?
A: Yes. We take security and confidentiality seriously. All access is managed securely, and we operate with professional standards of discretion.
